This is the second time we used Kuhn for remodeling. This time we had a few jobs completed within a span of two weeks (scheduled on our timelime): new bathroom remodel, ceiling fan install, attic fan install, and high hat lighting. We entrusted our home to the very professional workers via a lockbox without worry when we were unable to stay home during several install days. The entire process from start (estimate walk-thru) to finish was well organized–we were informed on every step of the job. Diane was is an amazing designer who helped modernize the overall bathroom structure. The fan install, as well as the attic fan, are keeping the bedrooms cooler in the summer (cathedral ceilings). The bathroom is beautiful with high end fixtures that fit within our budget. The lighting in my craft room is so wonderful — I can see colors as if it was daylight — at midnight! I recommend Kuhn highly and will most likely use them again in the future.

From the first time that I had walked into their offices and met with the owner Jeff Kuhn, I could tell that I would be dealing with atop notch company. There interior designer helped us pick out our cabinets and tiles, and even met us at the store where we picked out our vanity and quarts kitchen island. The project manager Chip coordinated with the crew and kept in touch with us either in person or through the co-construct web site. I am extremely happy with the way our remodeled kitchen turned out. Kuhn Construction did an amazing job! His carpenters were here for 9 months. They did quality work and every day they left the job site clean. When a leak developed later with the master bath shower tiles, Jeff sent his plumber the next day. He stood by his contractor’s work and has gone out of his way to make sure the leak was fixed to our satisfaction.

Top notch and professional. My project was halted due to COVID19 and Kuhn clearly communicated the challenges and solutions to restraints put on the construction industry. My project was completed on a new schedule and they met every deadline. Lastly, Kuhn went above and beyond when it came to problems outside the scope of their work ( tree on my house from tropical storm and an unforeseen heating issues).
