Is there any cost to have you do a design?

What happens if I decide to move forward?

Once we agree on the scope and budget range for your bathroom project, we sign and Partnership Design Agreement (PDA) and take a retainer for 2-4% of the project budget to move forward to the design and development phases.
Important note: the initial PDA includes up to two revised design concepts.
