There are many variables that determine cost. As the homeowner, you control the budget by establishing your priorities, and your financial comfort-zone. We will do our very best to put together an estimate based on your wish list and needs.
Our estimates are free to those in the greater Suffolk & Nassau County area. If, after the estimate, you wish to proceed with Kuhn Construction, we sign a Design Retainer Agreement with you, at which time we collect 2% of the low end of the estimated budget, or a minimum of $5,000 as a deposit.
